TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E403 OF 2024 By Fanuel Ojala Omondi, of P.O. Box 8, Ngiya in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Serfina Atieno Oloo alias Serfina Atieno Oloo, who died on 9th December, 2017. CAUSE NO E405 OF 2024 By David Marenya Ogoma, of P.O. Box 147, Yala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonida Yonge Ogoma, who died on 22nd June, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
