E149 OF 2023 By Zibiah Masencha Onchoka, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of’ Namiranda Simitu Maombo Charles, who died at Oak M. C. Hospital, Eldoret in Kenya, on 24th February, 2022. CAUSE NO. E208 ‘OF 2024 By John Wekesa Wanyonyi, of P.O. Box 413-50200, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hilario Wanyonyi Wangembe, who died at Bungoma Hospital in Kenya, on 14th May, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
