TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E354 OF 2024 By Gladys Yeko Namaeomo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Namaeomo Wafula, who died at Lugulu Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 5th April, 2017. CAUSE No. E355 OF 2024 By Justus Kipngomui Ndiema, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndiema Temoi alias Ndiema Temoi, who died at Kapkateny, on 19th November, 1973. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice: in the Kenya Gazette.
