CAUSE NO E296 OF 2024 By Cosmas Wamalwa Juma, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festus Albert Simiyu alias Festinus Juma Albert Simiyu, who died at Musikoma, on 29th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E351 OF 2024 By (1) Paul Otwane Ikwenyi and (2) Mathews K. Ikwenyi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Ikweny Eshokaa, who died at Chemoge Sub-location, on 6th September, 2010. CAUSE No. E353 OF 2024 By (1) Robert Wanyonyi Makesi and (2) Marypatricea Makesi Kadogo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jafred Wanyonyi Makesi, who died at Lumboka, on 30th August, 2004.
