Box 738-50400, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Namulanda Wasike, who died on 4th February, 2022. CAUSE No E444 oF 2024 By Dominic Nyanya Ogola, of P.O. Box 12, Bumula in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sakaria Ogola Nyanya alias Ongola Nyanya, who died at Bumala Sub-location, on 10th May, 1975. CAUSE NO E445 OF 2024 By Dominic Nyanya Ogola, of P.O. Box 12, Bumula in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gada Nyanya alias Ngada Nyanya, who died at Burinda Sub-location, on 12th December, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
