George Gilbert, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Awino Nyaoke, Sate of Kajimbo, who died there on 7th December, 2003. CAUSE NO. Box 2004-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Gitonga Kihoro, late of Kikuyu, who died at Bengaluru, India, on 19th September, 2022. CAUSE NO. E312 OF 2024 By Martin Waweru Njenga, of P.O. Box 5448-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, through Messrs. Mwangangi Nzisa advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gitau wa Njenga, late of Nairobi, who died at Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on 27th December, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
