Box 950, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zuhura Njeri Shaban, who died on 4th March, 2011. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2024 By Maryam Omar Swaleh, of P.O. Box 5033, Malindi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omar Saleh Wairegi, who died on 16th December, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
