TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E31 OF 2024 By Peter Omia Okumu, of P.O. Box 99, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremia Okumu Okudho alias Okumu Okudho, who died on 2nd November,1993. CAUSE NO E69 OF 2024 By Joseph Mboko Asewe, of P.O. Box 126, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dalmas Rachore Asewe, who died on 11th August, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
