TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E77 OF 2024 By Prisca Achieng Nyamor, the deceased’s stepdaughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngengo Obilo, who died on 4th August, 1990. CAUSE NO E100 OF 2024 By Richard Ogola Okech, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opere Oyucho, who died on 10th February, 1979. CAUSE NO E101 OF 2024 By Richard Ogola Okech, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Angienda Awuonda, who died on 11th August, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
