TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 290 OF 2023 By Syprose Achieng Omondi, the deceased’d daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maria Barasa Nyamamba alias Nyamamba Baraza, who died at Karadolo East Location, on 25th July, 2006. CAUSE No 104 OF 2024 By Francis Oduor Otieno, of P.O. Box 259, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otieno Ochieng alias Othieno Ochieng, who died on 30th April, 2006. CAUSE NO E284 OF 2024 By (1) Athieno Ojwang and (2) Joe Aoko Ojwang, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ojwang Oyoda, who died on 6th May, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
