CAUSE NO E208 OF 2024 By Rodah Omito Eshirumba, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paka Eshikho, who died at Emalindi in 1983. CAUSE NO. E210 OF 2024 By Harrison Javes Musungu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Aswani Anungo, who died at St. Mary’s Hospital, Mumias in Kenya in 2021. CAUSE NO E219 OF 2024 By Francis Stephen Ratolo Maloba, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ernest George Shikumo alias George Shikumo Maloba, who died at Masaba in 2024.
