TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E91 OF 2022 By Teresia Wanjiku Ngure, of P.O. Box 1, Karaba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutahi Ngai Njasomba, who died at Wachoro Sub-location, on 2nd January, 1991. CAUSE No. E41 OF 2024 By Ann Wangari Mutiga, of P.O. Box 300, Kagio in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maina Kiama Gichira, who died at Embu Hopsital in Kenya, on 24th October, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
