TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2024 By (1) Paul Mbobua Mutwarugoji, (2) Catherine Wanja Mutuarogoji and (3) Elick Mungiria Mbobua, all of P.O. Box 2660-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutuarogoji M’Icoro alias Muturugoji Ichoro, who died at Nkumbo, Gaitu Sub- location, on 14th October, 2011. CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2024 By Dorothy Nyai Mburia, of P.O. Box 138-60200, Githongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Kithinji M’Nkanata, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 5th December, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
