Box 231, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Nyutu Kanyari, who died at Malewa, on 23rd April, 2013. CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2024 By (1) Wacuma Waititu and (2) Michael Macharia Waititu, both of P.O. Box 3~20303, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Njoki Waititu, who died at Rurii, on 16th November, 2005. CAUSE No. E94 OF 2024 By (1) Esther Njoki Kingori and (2) Mercy Wanja Waweru, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Titus Kariuki Wachira, who died at Karandi View Point, on 5th January , 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
