TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E199 OF 2023 By Wycliffee Njeri Ahunja, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arest Akhunza Indimuli alias Amest Akhunza, who died at Ekwanda, on 14th April, 1985. CAUSE No. E153 OF 2024 By (1) Titus Ang’oa Situbi and (2) Alphric Ingati Shihundu, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Mukanga Okachia, who died at Emanyinya Sub- location, on 22nd February, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
