TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E20 OF 2024 By (1) George Oduor Magero and (2) Risper Achieng Magero, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Apondi Magero alias Lucas Magero, who died on 12th January, 2019. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2024 By Josinta Auma Odhiambo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zadrack Onyango Ochola alias Shadrack Onyango Ochola, who died on 7th July, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
