TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2024 By Omari Saidi Ogudo, of P.O. Box 510-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saidi Mutimo Gudu, who died on 7th July, 1982. CAUSE No. E161 OF 2024 By Milka Atieno Ombago, of P.O. Box 307-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ombago Wangige, who died on 13th June, 2003. CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2024 By (1) Christine Were Magundho and (2) Leah Akinyi Opiyo, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tom Okelo Okelo, who died at Konya, on 8th September, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
