TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 80 OF 2024 By (1) Stephen Njoroge Ngaruiya and (2) Mary Njeri Ngaruiya, both of P.O. Box 35, Githunguri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ngaruiya Njoroge, who died at Kanjai, Githunguri, on 18th March, 2020. CAUSE NO. 131 OF 2024 By Joseph Gichuhi Kiruka, of P.O. Box 1107-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiruka Theremendi alias Kiruka s/o Theremendi ‘A’, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 7th January, 1975. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
