TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2023 By Joab Momanyi Sarota, of P.O. Box 352, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Sarota Mogiri, (2) Ombaye Mogiri and (3) Kenyanya Mogiri, who died on 26th June, 1997, 24th April, 1995 and 11th August, 1981, respectively. CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2024 By Charles Kemuma Kinara, of P.O. Box 2, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kemuma Kinaro alias Kemuma Kinaro Kinaro, who died at Kebere Location, on 16th May, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
