TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO, E224 OF 2024 By (1) Abisalom Adul Opondo and (2) Dorcus Anyango Owuor, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Opondo Opinya, who died on 22nd August, 1979. CAUSE No. E237 OF 2024 By (1) Kenedy Otieno Agola and (2) Sharon Anyango Agola, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zedekiah Agola Opondo, who died on 7th September, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
