TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2024 By Mary Kavula Safari, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwethya Mbila, who died at Isaangwa Village, on 8th October, 1980. CAUSE NO. E222 OF 2024 By Hellen Mwevwe, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Mbwembe Kathenge, who died at District Hospital, Kitui in Kenya, on 26th March, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
