TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E186 OF 2024 By Patrick Mutune Mutua, of P.O. Box 81-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeon Mutua Kitemu, who died at Ngamba, on 7th August, 2023. 18th October, 2024 CAUSE NO. E277 OF 2024 By (1) Joseph Mutunga Mwove and (2) Serah Ndinda Wambugu, both of P.O. Box 1462-90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwove Mbungo Manyenze, who died at St. Michael Nursing Home, on 7th July, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
