TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E272 OF 2024 By (1) Stanley Maina Njiru and (2) Nancy Nduta Niiraini, both of P.O. Box 142, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Njiru Marite, who died at Kaguyu Sub-location, on 28th August, 2001. CAUSE NO. E303 OF 2024 By Cyrus Kabuti Njogu, of P.O. Box 179, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gacoki Karebe alias Gachoki Karebe Njogu, who died at P.C.E.A., Tumutumu Hospital in Kenya, on 12th April, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
