E262 OF 2024 By Augustine Wafula Barasa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bonface Barasa Misiko, who died at Sitikho Sub-location, on 25th March, 2002. CAUSE NO. E331 OF 2024 By Joseph Wangila Wafula, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tinis Watakila Rara, who died at Bokoli, on 20th March, 1978. CAUSE NO. E336 OF 2024 By Douglas Misiko Kane, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kami Nabibia Chebukoto alias Kane Nabibia, who died at Nangwe, on 11th September, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
