TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: ‘ CAUSE NO. 63 OF 2023 By George Newton Rambanya Masinde, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masinde Bisuche, who died at Kituni Sub-location, on 11th February, 1977. CAUSE NO. E206 OF 2024 By Protas Kundu Walekhwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Velent Khisa Kiliswa, who died at Kabula, on 4th April, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
