Box 218, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Douglas Omooria Sagini, who died at Nanyuki Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 10th December, 2023. CAUSE NO. E237 OF 2024 By (1) Margaret Wambui Ndungu and (2) Elizabeth Wangari Ndungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Duncan Ndungu Ngunjiri, who died at Lenginet, on 18th March, 2020. CAUSE NO. E250 OF 2024 By Esther Wanjira Githubi, of P.O. Box 21, Bahati in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Githumbe Munyua, who died at Wanyororo, Dundori, on 18th May, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
