TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2024 By (1) Loice Wambui Munene and (2) Boniface Gatimu Munene, both of P.O. Box 661, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Gatimu Munene, who died at Esther Memorial Maternity, on 17th August, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
