TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. El 1 OF 2024 By (1) Chrisantos Ondieki Mbaka and (2) Nyachwaya Master Assa, both of P.O. Box 36, Kipkelion in Kenya, the deceased’s uncles, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yuvenalis Otwori Nyamora, who died at Rigena Sub-location, on 19th May, 2023. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2024 By (1) Joseph Ngala Oseko, (2) Robert Gesabo Atai Oseko and (3) George Morara Morwabe Oseko, all of P.O. Box 24145-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Oseko Momanyi alias Momanyi Oseko, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 12th January, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
