Box 272, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kiptui Rotich, who died at Mediheal Hospital in Kenya, on 16th August, 2017. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2024 By (i) Chemeril Chepyegon and (2) Andrew Yotui Chepyegon, both of P.O. Box 22-20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Loice Kobilo Chepyegon, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 8th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By (1) Chemeril Chepyegon and (2) Andrew Yotui Chepyegon, both of P.O. Box 22-20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Kumberek Chepyegon, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 5th November, 2021. 18th October, 2024 CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2024 By Symon Kigen, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepyator Kigen, who died at Ngubereti Sub-location, on 16th August, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
