E29 OF 2024 By Josephine Keunde Rangi, of P.O. Box 145-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laban Ruto Likolai, who died at Karaus Sub-location, on 23rd December, 2023. CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2024 By (1) Joyce Chepkemoi Ng’eny, (2) Cheruiyot Kiplang’at Alfred, (3) Carolyne Cherono Ng’eny and (4) Vivian Chepkurui Ng’eny, all of P.O. Box 3534-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheruiyot Ng’eny alias Richard Cheruiyot Ng’eny, who died at Maliki Sub-location, on 13th June, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
