Box 227, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rugano Nthiga, who died at Mbita, on 6th May, 2013. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2024 By (1) Jamlick Muriuki Nyaga and (2) Stephen Njoka Nyaga, both of P.O. Box 1373-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaga Mbungu, who died at Frevane Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd February, 2021. CAUSE NO, E17 OF 2024 By (1) Jamlick Muriuki Nyaga and (2) Stephen Njoka Nyaga, both of P.O. Box 1373-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saphidah Wangui Nyaga, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on Ist June, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
