TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E31 OF 2022 By Swaleh Mohamed Dorman, of P.O. Box 208-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sheikh Saleh Dorman alias Shiek Saleh Dorman alias Salee Domani, who died at Mukuyu Township, on 7th January, 1993. CAUSE No. E12 OF 2024 By (1) Kennedy Nyaga Njuguna and (2) Irene Wangari Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 53, Kangema in Kenya, the deceased’s son and beneficiary, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration with written will annexed to the estate of Elizaphan Njuguna Gatitu alias E. Njuguna E. Gatitu, who died on 21st April, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
