E134 OF 2024 By Samuel Gachinga Kamau, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gachinga Kamau, who died at Murang’a County and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 21st February, 2022. CAUSE No. E154 OF 2024 By (1) Ruth Mukuhi Waweru and (2) Samuel Gichia Waweru, both of P.O. Box 28, Ithanga in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waweru Macharia, who died at Kaguku Sub-location, on 10th June, 2010. CAUSE No. E183 OF 2024 By Japhlet Mburugu Nkanata, of P.O. Box 232-01020, Kenol in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackline Ndunge Makewa alias Jackline Makewa, who died at Nairobi Womens Hospital in Kenya, on 6th October, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
