TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E103 OF 2024 By Job Kiplagat Moning, of P.O. Box 16-20105, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s uncle, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptonui Chesire, who died at Kipsogon, on 26th April, 2012. CAUSE NO. E106 oF 2024 By (1) Sogome Tapkili Kikosom and (2) Daniel Chebii Kipkosiom, all of P.O. Box 102-20105, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkosiom Cherono, who died at Kipkitur, on 16th February, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
