E221 OF 2024 By Stephen Makachia Atete, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Apollo Atete Makachia Ambetsa, who died at Ituti in 1969. CAUSE NO. E264 OF 2024 By Beatrice Nabati Namayi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ashuma Shikanda, who died at Shibembe, on 25th August, 1966 CAUSE NO. E267 OF 2024 By (1) Birisila Alukine Malika and (2) Godfrey Namoyi Malika, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Malika Mukabana, who died at Ebushitinji in 2017. CAUSE NO. E272 OF 2024 By Eunice Achieng Okumu, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Rapudo, who died at Manyala in 1969. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
