E240 OF 2024 By Jeska Vugusa Ikunga, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ephraem Vidija Lumasai alias Ephaimu Vidja Lumasai, who died at Vihiga County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 6th April, 2016.
