E110 oF 2024 By (1) Hamisi Iha Yaa, (2) Johnson Tha Yaa, (3) Gilbert Iha Yaa and (4) Janet Dama Kahindi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Iha Yaa Baya, who died at Mere, on 28th April, 2001. CAUSE No. E157 OF 2024 By Jumwa Katana Inzano, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kahonzi Katana Hinzano, who died at Kilifi County Hospital in Kenya, on 15th May, 2024. ‘CAUSE NO. E164 OF 2024 By Katana Kadenge Mwavuo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jumwa Charo Mwavuo Alias Juiniwa Charo Mwafuo, who died on 29th June, 2004. _ The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) ‘days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
