Box 352, Ogembo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaboke Ondieki, who died at Rigo Sub-location, on 21st October, 2017. CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2024 By Patrick Oyugi Onchiri, of P.O. Box 100, Nyamache in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onchiri Ngoge, who died at Ritumbe, on 1st May, 1995. CAUSE NO. E100 OF 2024 By Richard Evans Obuga Ndege, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Priscus Nyanchama Nyakundi alias Priska Nyanchama, who died at Bosoti Sub-location, on Ist May, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
