TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2024 By Joseph Kilisio, of P.O. Box 35—20405; Lelaitich in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kilisho Kipchobot Temas, who died at Kapsabul Sub-location, on 11th May, 2012. CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2024 By Samwel Kiplangat Rotich, of P.O. Box 260, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprotich arap Marusoi alias Laboso Kiprotich Marusoi, who died at Itembe Sub- location, on 28th August, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
