TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E406 OF 2024 By Elizabeth Atieno Akal, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Oluk Ogwala, who died at Kothidha, on 22nd May,.2007. CAUSE NO. E427 OF 2024 By (1) Eunice Atieno Okumu and (2) Lilian Achieng Odhiambo, the deceased’s daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Okumu Ongi, who died at Rodi Township, on 3rd May, 1992. CAUSE NO. E428 OF 2024 By (1) Peter Ariyo Owuor and (2) Peter Otieno Ochola, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Owuor Obiera alias Owuor Obiera, who died at Koyolo, on 15th February, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
