E304 OF 2024 By (1) Dorcas Atieno Mbwato and (2) Elijah Ogwedhi Mbayo, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Mbwato Migoya alias Patrick Mbayo Miguya, who died at Bondo, on 7th August, 2015. CAUSE NO. E305 OF 2024 By Sharon Akinyi Oyugi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Oyugi Migoya, who died at Uyawi, on 7th September, 1997.
