TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court = CAUSE No. E57 OF 2024 By Julius Munyambu Matii, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muyathi Matii Ngandi alias Muyathi Ngandi, who died at Kivuvwani Sub-location, on 12th August, 1998. CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2024 By Joseph Muli Makai, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Masila Mbulo, who died at Kivaini Sub-location, on 9th June, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same. unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
