Box 16~-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamba Kilonzo, who died at Mikuyuni Sub-location, on 1st March, 2012. CAUSE NO. E263 OF 2024 By Kithome Wambua, of P.O. Box 16~-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambua Nyamu, who died at Nzambani Sub-location, on 18th October, 1986. CAUSE NO. E280 OF 2024 By Jedidah Nthambi Kimanthi, of P.O. Box 1172-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Kimanzi Kimotho, who died at Musengo, on 17th February, 2008. CAUSE NO. E290 OF 2024 By (1) Julietah Muiyu Muasya and (2) Pennina Katuu Muasya, both of P.O. Box 16-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and child, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwasya Ngaku alias Muasya Ngaku, who died at Kisasi Location, on 10th February, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
