TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2024 By (1) Rosemary Mumbua Munube and (2) Mary Mbithe Ngunguni, both of P.O. Box 36-90119, Matuu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Munube Kieti alias Daniel Munuve Kieti alias Daniel Munube, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 30th September, 2011. CAUSE No. E350 OF 2024 By Mbula Munyao Sove, of P.O. Box 1201-90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Munyao Sove, who died at Mungala, on 13th October, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
