TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 105 OF 2024 By (1) Veronica Wanjiru Kaguthi, (2) Simon Ndungu Kaguthi and (3) James Mwangi Wambugu, all of P.O. Box 11, Kaheho in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaguthi Kabuga, who died at District Hospital, Nyahururu in Kenya, on 16th November, 2010. CAUSE NO. 285 OF 2024 By (1) Elijah Mwangi Ngugi and (2) Ruth Wambui Ngugi, both of P.O. Box 267-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beth Muthoni Ngugi, who died at St. Monicah Medical Clinic, on 2nd September, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the samme unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
