TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E189 OF 2024 By (1) Florence Wanjeri Mithenya and (2) Isaac Zakaria Gatune Mithenya, both of P.O. Box 21686-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Mithenya Gatune, who died on 20th September, 2020. 27th December, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE . 6337 CAUSE NO. E192 OF 2024 By (1) Mwaura Njenga George and (2) Moses Kamau Njenga, both of P.O. Box 2953-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Wangari Njenga alias Grace Wangare Njenga, who died at Bloom Hospital in Kenya, on 21st June, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
