TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E30 OF 2024 By (1) Cormelia Anyango Juka and (2) Maurice Otieno Juka, both of P.O. Box 785-00520, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magdalina Otindo Oganga, who died at Wathorego Sub- location, on 24th April, 1982. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2024 By (1) Karen Atieno Oyiengo and (2) Charles Andrew Omondi Oyiengo, both of P.O. Box 19-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackton Oyiengo Osura, who died at St. Jairus Hospital in Kenya, on 9th July, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
