E18 OF 2024 By Kea Dzala, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zala Charinga Mwaro, who died at Mungumo wa Patsa, on 15th October, 1986. CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2024 By Joseph Mtengo Tsori, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tsori Mtengo Ndoro alias Tsori Mutengo, who died at Mkomani, Mwakirunge, on 26th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2024 By (1) Humphrey Pola Ngala, (2) Chrispus Ngala Ganga and (3) Stephen Riziki: Ngala, c/o P.O. Box 1-80105, Kaloleni in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Ngala Ganga, who died on 2nd May, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
