E158 OF 2024 By (1) Maureen Aoko Odongo and (2) Cynthia Akinyi Omogi; the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaya Omogi Okongo, who died on 22nd May, 2024. CAUSE NO. E176 oF 2024 By Gabriel Onditi Odhiambo, the deceased's sofi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odhiambo Oduwo alias Solomon Odhiambo, who died on 28th April, 1983. CAUSE No. B181 OF 2024 By Josinter Akirlyi Ochuro, the deceased’s widow, for a gtaiit of lettets of adiriiriistration intestate to the estate of John Otierio Okusa; who died ori 17th November, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
