TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court ™ CAUSE NO. 194 oF 2023 By (1) Joan Atieno Owino and (2) Julieta Belinda Mwanga, both of P.O. Box 40644-017, Sega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erastus Mwanga Olila, who died on 31st July, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
